Train The Trainer

Whether your people are asked to do technical training, sales training or to explain a new system package, they need to be able to present the material with confidence and skill, and to relate to the group that they are training.

Good trainers make it look easy. And behind that ease will probably be a wealth of experience and skill. The experience obviously takes time to acquire but the skill can be taught.

We have over thirty years experience of training trainers - teaching them to prepare well, to involve the group, to be creative, motivational and energetic and to have the confidence to really understand and respond to the needs of the group.

Typically we find that each client has different needs and we will therefore develop a programme to suit the particular situation.

For example, our foundation Train the Trainer programme is two days. This covers the basics and is aimed at people who already have some confidence in presenting. For those who do not have the presentation skills confidence we would recommend our Persuasive Presentations Programme first.
