Train the Trainer
A POWERFUL 3-DAY TRAINING COURSE
Develops a trainer's ability, confidence and motivation to develop and deliver successful business training programmes, whether this is the full-time role of the participant or an occasional requirement. Effective, or even inspirational, training in an organisational or business setting requires confidence; a good working knowledge of the subject; a belief in people; and good training skills. Our Train the Trainer programme focuses heavily on getting trainers into practice within the group in an atmosphere of praise, approval and encouragement. As a result of the 3 days participants will be more confident and skilled to develop and run a training session for their colleagues or customers. The number of participants is limited to ensure sufficient individual coaching and practice.

PeopleTrack know the secret of how to get people engaged whether they are individuals in a coaching session, groups on a course or an audience at a presentation. And they know how to pass this secret on to other trainers. In the main it's knowing the rules - e.g. poor instructions create chaos, good instructions create participation, poor questions lead to blank faces, good questions lead to thinking, discussion and clarity - and being yourself.
