We have a wide experience of designing effective workshops

The process
It usually starts with the team leader identifying an issue that needs dealing
with. He or she will call us and we will discuss what the best approach is
likely to be. We then select the most appropriate sales trainer, set a date
for the workshop and start developing it.
Games, questionnaires, video and practice are examples of
some of the techniques that we use to enable the participants
to learn from the workshop.
When we’re satisfied that the process will work, we
run the workshop with the sales team and work hard to achieve
a result.
