PEOPLETRACK INVESTS IN ACCELERATED LEARNING

PeopleTrack, the sales and management training company, has been honing the skills of its trainers with the help of Tim Andrews, an international expert in Accelerated Learning techniques.

PeopleTrack has a team of 30 professional instructors, covering a diverse range of disciplines. In line with its commitment to training excellence, the company asked Tim to enhance the instructors’ skills still further. This is now the third time that Tim has worked with PeopleTrack.

The training was highly interactive and involved numerous practical exercises. One of its key aims was to enable the instructors to see a training programme from the participant’s point of view. Seven different styles of learning were covered and Tim demonstrated how these could be applied within a training environment.

Walter Blackburn, Founder of PeopleTrack, comments: “As part of our continuing investment in our instructors, we run our own ‘Train the Trainer’ workshops. Tim’s course complements these extremely well and enables the instructors to learn from each other. It also ensures that our trainers stay up to date with the very latest methods and thought processes, so that we can always apply ‘best practice’ in all of our programmes.”
