PEOPLETRACK’S BUSINESS AND TRAINING HEALTH CHECK

PeopleTrack, the sales and management training company, has developed a Business and Training Health Check for their clients. This Health Check is being extended as a free service to other companies of over 50 employees in the Thames Valley area. PeopleTrack are offering to carry out up to five of these Health Checks per month on a first-come first-served basis.

The Health Check will involve a two hour interview with the key personnel in the company which will be conducted by an experienced business and training professional. The feedback for the company is immediate, as results become apparent during this meeting. PeopleTrack can help companies identify those areas where they are strong and those areas that require attention. At the end of this Health Check the company will receive a summary of all the findings. Companies that have used this Health Check find it is a useful mirror to their business’s effectiveness.
