SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
The whole Programme is highly experiential. Over the 2 days you’ll do 11 presentations, finishing with an 8-minute business presentation on the second day. This means that a lot of the confidence and experience you’ll be gaining will be on your feet.
We’ll take you through it step by step – the 2 trainers for each programme are chosen for the quality of their experience as trainers and presenters. They’re also passionate about people, so even though everyone’s different they’ll know how to bring out the best in you.
And with the tried and tested Process that we’ve developed over the last 18 years we know that you will find each step easily achievable – and that you’ll actually look forward to getting out in front.
Each of your presentations will be recorded onto a personal SD video card and reviewed with you in a separate room after each presentation, so you can see what you are doing well and what you’d like to do differently. This ensures you receive individual feedback and coaching over the entire two days.
You’ll be working on your own business material and - here’s the great part – there’s no preparation whatsoever needed for the course. We believe that you know enough already; it’s our job just to bring it out in you!

Seven Steps for More Effective Presentations – in half a day!
A new and exciting presentation skills training experience, for both novice and experienced presenters.
This short workshop explores seven key presentation principles and provides the opportunity to practice them in a supportive and encouraging environment. The workshop can be provided as a stand alone session, or as part of a larger training initiative. It is also available for conference and corporate events, seminars, management days or college and university projects.

Major Bid Presentations
This can take the form of 'live', on-site coaching on a bid or in the safe environment of a training room.
2-DAY BID SIMULATION
This programme is for advanced presenters who are regularly called upon to make group bid presentations and need to be more powerful and persuasive on the occasions they do. The two days are designed to be highly interactive with participants delivering six presentations on day one. Content comes from their own material leaving us free to work 100% on the delivery.
DVD is used for immediate feedback in a private 'Review Room'. With the coaching of an experienced trainer participants can expect to see significant improvements in the way they present and the impact they make. In addition, delegates typically gain new ideas about preparation, visual aids, and involving the audience for the best results.
Day 2 starts with the group being split into two competing teams matched against each other to simulate the bid process. Working on a case study, the teams receive coaching from our trainers as they prepare their pitch to be presented at the end of the day. Prizes can be awarded to the winning team who is decided by a senior member of your organisation.
WHO WILL BENEFIT
Any professional involved in business competitive bid situations i.e. account managers, technical experts, directors and pre-sales. After the first two days it is likely the inexperienced presenter will be keenly looking forward to trying out new skills in a business situation. The experienced presenter will feel more 'polished and powerful' and ready to try out new approaches.
