Open Programmes
Some of our programmes are run as open or public programmes.
If you only have one person or a small group of people with
a particular need, you can still help them to develop a particular
aspect of sales, presentation or management skills without
having to make the investment of an in-house programme.
Effectiveness
Some programmes are run with a week between sessions. This means that participants
can practice the ideas from the previous session. They can then discuss their
results at the following session. This approach also avoids the ‘concentrated
effect’ whereby people return from a 3 day programme with lots of ideas
but with little time to implement them. It also means that people do not
need to take more than one day out of their businesses in any week.
