Licensing
PeopleTrack training programmes can be developed and delivered under licence by your own in-house trainers to large audiences. This is both cost effective and fast. This is how it works:

To illustrate our success in this area, please find below the full report from the HR team at Sun Life Financial of Canada following the successful design and roll out of their 'Management Essentials' programme for 200 managers.
"The Management Essentials development programme arose from the identification of a need for core skills management development resulting from a company-wide training needs analysis. There were several challenges facing the company at the time of launch, the main challenge being the motivation and retention of employees following the announcement to close the book to new business. The development needs of the team leader and management population were diverse and a flexible approach was needed to meet the needs of three categories of delegate:
- Those due to leave the company within 6 months
- Those due to leave the company within 12-18 months
- Those who were anticipating a long term career with the company
There was also a wide spread of experience within the group ranging from those totally new to people management to those with many years experience. In order to meet the challenge of meeting the needs of such a diverse set of needs, the Management Essentials framework was designed to provide a variety of modules from which delegates could select those modules that would meet their needs. For some, this meant attending one or two modules that filled the gaps in their management knowledge and skills. For others who were new to management and had a long term future with the company, the framework allowed the individual to follow a track through the whole set of modules.
Selection of Provider
Due to demands on internal resource, the decision was made to select an external provider to deliver the programme. Following a selection process, PeopleTrack were selected because:
- they demonstrated an understanding of the issues the company faced at the time
- they were customer focused at all stages of the selection process
- they produced a high quality proposal with acceptable costings
- they delivered a sample training session on request so that we could experience their work
People Track used a number of trainers to ensure that there was sufficient cover for the programme and subject experts were used. Trainers were approved by the Training and Development Manager before use on the programme.

Evaluation of Programme
The following evaluation methods have been used:
1. Feedback sheets at the end of each course
2. Face to face and telephone discussions with delegates following the events
3. Completion of questionnaire at the end of the programme
Many calls were made into the department following events to express thanks for the events. Many delegates initially booked to attend only 1 or 2 of the modules but returned to ask for more as they felt they were of such benefit. The Presentation Skills and Building Working Relationships courses opened the eyes of many managers to their own capabilities and personality differences with others around them. These courses in particular raised the confidence levels of delegates and many of them now feel able to tackle situations around them more effectively and have reported raised levels of self confidence and esteem.
The Performance Management modules helped many tackle performance issues in their teams and helped managers to give honest and constructive feedback to others - the first time this has happened for many.
Several managers telephoned after the event to say that they felt People Track provided some of the highest quality training they had ever received.
