4 Steps to success
Step 1
Our sales specialist meets with the manager of the team
to review the latest pipeline figures. Having discussed how
the team works currently, they will agree clear objectives
for the workshop – in terms of the desired pipeline
increase.
Step 2
We run the day’s workshop for the whole team. They will explore new ideas
and their motivation for increasing the pipeline to the agreed target. The
team will be asked to set their own individual targets and goals, and commitments
to achievement. Agenda items include:

- Maximising opportunities

Step 3
We involve the whole team in a further half-day workshop to review the progress
made towards the target and ensure the action plans are on track for success.
New ideas and next steps will be agreed and committed to.
Step 4
We meet with you to review the whole process and to make sure that the good
habits formed continue to be practiced.
