Dedicated Account Management

Our account managers are focused on staying in tune with your strategic positioning and on delivering the results you need. They foster long-term relationships through mutual trust and respect and we find that companies and delegates stay with PeopleTrack for many years. Most of our programmes include significant preparation before our trainer sets foot in the training room. We will interview delegates, set objectives with managers, and assess individual needs as part of the programme development. The account manager drives this work in close partnership with the trainer.
